What customers say?

“ Very tasty piadina, soft and fragrant just right, with quality filling ingredients. Delicious, rustic fries with a little skin. The kitchen also offers appetizers, fried foods, small entrees, and desserts. The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended! ”

“ The piadina dough was excellent. Courtesy, quality, and everything was homemade except for the desserts. We were welcomed by a very kind and gentle lady. It was a wonderful experience, and I definitely think I'll be back. The place is reminiscent of a Trentino mountain hut, warm and welcoming, and with a unique treat... the jukebox!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant, accompanied by an excellent burrito. I recommend it because it's a one-dish meal that fills you up and doesn't linger in your stomach. The piadina, on the other hand, has a light, thin, and slightly crumbly dough. In short, a nice place with average prices. ”

- Antonio Virelli -

“ We went yesterday for Valentine's Day. We had a great time and the food was delicious and high-quality. My partner and I found the piadina passione to be superior. We like to treat ourselves, even when it comes to the quality of the food, which is never lacking here. The owner is always super friendly and very nice. ”

- Giulia Casoli -

“ The kiosk isn't very large; it seats about 35 inside, and there are a few tables outside on the lawn where you can eat or enjoy an aperitif. The manager and the staff are friendly. Service isn't fast, but the piadina/sandwich menu is good. There's not a wide selection of beers, but the ones they do have are good. This place is suitable for small families or small groups. Reservations are recommended to avoid waiting or missing out, especially on weekends. There's a large parking lot for free. ”

“ Excellent gluten- and lactose-free piadina, and the burrito is also excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive to every need. Highly recommended. ”

“ Don't call it a "piadineria"—the attention to detail, the quality of the food, and the service are definitely on a whole other level. "Chiosco dei sapori" (Chiosk of Flavors) is certainly the most fitting name. The ambiance, in fact, is that of a meticulously maintained kiosk in its new guise, with its distinctive wooden structure. Loving attention is evident in every detail of the decor, from the iconic jukebox (in perfect working order) to the various decorations hanging on the walls and ceiling, from the retro Plasmon box to the ingenious self-closing mechanism on the restroom door... in short, nothing seems to have been left to chance. During the warmer months, with the same attention to detail, a summer terrace is also set up in the surrounding park, expertly lit in the evening, recreating the understated yet elegant atmosphere that characterizes the entire place, making you feel instantly at ease. The impeccable cleanliness of both the premises and the kitchen is the final touch before the restaurant's highlight: the food. Piadinas, of course, but what dough? The choice ranges from traditional dough to whole wheat, kamut, turmeric, hemp, and even squid ink to satisfy every taste. As for fillings, you're spoiled for choice... but it's impossible not to be tempted by the "enticing yellow." I suggest you ask for advice if you'd like a variation on the menu, and vegetarians are no problem; the dough contains no animal fats (except for the squid ink). The appetizers are irresistible, especially the battered vegetables and onion rings (it's hard to find them this good). If you want to try something truly special, and completely unexpected in a "piadina", you have to try the burrito... we'll talk about it later! Be careful, you'll be asked how spicy you want it... don't be too cocky!!! And what can I say about the desserts? Although they aren't homemade (as the owners themselves readily admit), they are truly unique, high-quality, and always served at the perfect temperature and consistency. The well-stocked cellar offers quality wines with labels and styles you'd be hard-pressed to find in a "piadineria," and the beer selection, both on tap and bottled, is sure to please all tastes. Of course, I can't recommend this place enough for its quality, courtesy, and the friendly owners. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and I can assure you that the quality has remained consistent over time, while the atmosphere, compared to the initial kiosk, has significantly improved in both image and comfort. All that's left for me to do is wish you bon appetit! ”

“ Excellent piadinas, with a choice of dough for all tastes and filled with top quality products, also try the fried foods and hamburgers friendly and knowledgeable staff, if you are in the area, a must-see!! ”

“ First time and definitely not the last! This evening we experienced the authentic, carefully prepared, and high-quality cuisine of this quiet corner of Cavriago. The dough, carefully prepared the day before, and the freshness and quality of the ingredients deserve an honest 5-star review. All this was accompanied by excellent service, which didn't falter even for a table of 15 people, and we all managed to eat at the same time. We ate in the garden, and the atmosphere was cozy and peaceful. I will definitely be back! Edited: While I was writing the review, the owner brought us the house-fresh limoncino. What can I say? ”
